How do i find out if a yahoo autos invoice/seller is legit?

Looking to buy a used vehicle and the person selling is in service fixing to be shipped from United Kingdom to Iraq, used vehicle is crated up in MD and wants me to pay throught Western Union to United Kingdom and go thru yahoo autos to pay. Does this sound legit?
