does anybody know the scanner freq for the public safety department of pocono county place in tobyhanna pa. I’m looking for the tranmit and recieve and pl.
I think you meant "A Pocono Country Place" as that’s all that I can find in that town. According to their FCC licence, they have these frequencies:
462.4
463.6
467.4
468.6
The mobile units are licenced to transmit on all 4 frequencies, but I’d guess that the first 2 are repeater outputs and the latter 2 are repeater inputs. PL tones aren’t stipulated by licence so I have no clue what it is. There’s freeware sound card software out there that will decode PL tones on the fly. Not sure what you’d want the PL for but it sounds like you’re up to no good!
