How to find on line the license holder of a Public Safety frequency?

I am looking for a way to find updated information on Public Safety scanner frequencies now that Radio Shack has discontinued their Police Call

You can search the FCC data base on-line at no charge. You can search by frequency, name, or many other filters. You may have to play around a bit to get used to the system and learn how to find what you want, but the information is there and open to the public.
