Great teaching tool! I’m giggling over all the freak out comments here…I had three babies, and didn’t find it horrific. Our bodies were made to do it, it’s not as if we’re passing some unnatural tumor through our nostrils or something. Just saying. ;OP

hahaha I remember watching this video before having my son! I was like “OMG THAT’S GOING TO HAPPEN!?” I started watching birth videos and I was freaked out.. but some how as soon as my water broke I was SO calm and ready to do it! Once you push your final push it’s all good

When I was younger I always thought that the vaginal stretching is mainly what makes birth so painful- like anyone would I guess!
But my mum told me that the most painful part is actually the contractions, and that they kinda over-write the pain of the stretching. Was this the case with you?
